Originally designed in 1972, this instrument still sets the standard against which other ion monitors are judged. It is capable of measuring single electron charges and is also more sensitive to ionising radiation than a Geiger counter.
Ruggedly built, the Company uses them on a daily basis to survey buildings, check production ionisers, and to measure ion levels during trials in research laboratories and hospitals.
